What is my borrowing number?
At Aeres and HAS the library ID number and the student number are identical. At HAS your library ID number is located on your student or employee card.
At Van Hall Larenstein your borrowing number is on a chip in your student or employee card. You can also log in with your student number (on your student card).
Aeres and Van Hall Larenstein staff can contact the library staff for their library ID.

 

How long can I borrow materials?
The standard loan period is 4 weeks. 'Short loan” books can be borrowed for 1 day, DVDs for 1 week.
Journals, newspapers and other materials that are not for lending, can be viewed in the library. Copying or scanning is possible in the library.

 

How many books can I borrow?
The number of publications you can borrow at once is limitless.

 

How do I obtain a password for My Greeni?
Go to 'Login My Greeni' (upper right on your screen). Fill in your borrowing number and click on the button 'Request password'. The password will be sent to you by e-mail. When you try to log in with the wrong password three times your account will be blocked. You can have it unblocked at the counter of the library.

 

How can I reserve materials?
Search the title of the book you wish to reserve in the catalogue. Below the title information you will see a button 'reserve'. Click on it and you end up at the login screen of My Greeni, where you fill in your borrowing number and password. If you don't have a password yet, check out the question above: 'How do I obtain a password for My Greeni?' In the next screen you can click on 'Reserve', from that moment the publication is reserved for you. You will receive an e-mail in conformation. You also receive an e-mail when the book is available for you.
When you install our Greeni app Iguana Bibliotheek you can quickly make reservations and receive push notifications when your reserved materials arrive.

 

How can I renew the loan period?
Go to 'Login My Greeni' (upper right on your screen) and fill in your borrowing number and password. If you don't have a password yet, check out the question above: 'How do I obtain a password for My Greeni?' You can now see which materials you have borrowed and if you wish you can renew the lending period. Renewal is only possible if the material concerned has not been reserved by another borrower.
When you install our Greeni app Iguana Bibliotheek you can receive push notifications when the due date of you borrowed materials is approaching and renew them (if possible) immediately.

 

What are the opening hours of the library?

 

You can find the opening hours of the various libraries under 'Practical' in the menu bar.

The Greeni catalogue can also be accessed on your phone or tablet. This way you can search for information, place reservations and renew loans. You can also receive push notifications when the due date of you borrowed materials is approaching or when your reserved materials arrive. This can be very useful if you do not open your school mail daily for example.
